Amy Parent James, Certified Rolfer and Rolf
Movement Practitioner has been a licensed
and practicing massage therapist for over
twelve years. She is proud to say that some
of her clients (many are fellow therapists
themselves) have been with her for this entire
time, although she loves to meet and work
with new people as well.
Amy graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Kinesiology, Music and
Communications from the University of North Texas. She attends numerous
workshops annually to further her bodywork education. Recently, she has
graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.

Amy lives with her husband Chris, an
Acupuncturist with his Masters in Oriental
Medicine, and their five year old son Felix, two
dogs, two cats, and two guinea pigs. She
enjoys reading, playing the clarinet and piano,
and all outdoor activities including:
backpacking, biking, rock climbing, kayaking,
skiing and scuba diving.
Amy is a member of the Rolf Institute, International Massage Association,
Golden Key International Honor Society, and the Sierra Club.
